We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Items on sale or clearance
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Customized or personalized items
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at: support@zashfashion.com
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
